Estate 1041
Hi: I'm trying to send over a draft Estate Form 1041 to an executor via leapfile on the internet. My client receives the file but cannot open it to review it. I have used leapfile successfully many times and this is the first time a client cannot open the file.
Client says it asks him repeatedly to open in Adobe Acrobat, which he has tried but unsuccessfully.
Any suggestions?
