Question
eSignatures not working
Hi All -
Hope everyone is nice and relaxed and getting through loose ends!
Surprise today - eSignatures won't generate - it's gone on all day. It goes through all the steps to generate and creates the client notification, then when I click "send" I get the following error message:
Request not sent
Something on our end isn't working. Please try again after some time.
I refreshed all updates and it is still happening. Anyone else encounter this?
