Esignature ProSeries for non-individual returns

Why is Homebase not updating the esignature status for Proseries for non-individual returns?  I went to the esignature dashboard and the status is complete.  I select "Refresh esignature status" on the Homebase screen.  It looks like it is updating, but it still shows the status as "sent" not complete.  What additional steps are needed to get the status to update so it will not tell me to send a reminder?
