eSignature not eligible TY25, purchased 50 and still can't use 'eSignature not eligible

eSignature not eligible TY25, purchased 50 and still can't use 'eSignature not eligible.  ProSeries Professional on 1040 returns error 'eSignature not eligible', no duplicate SS#. Please help. I've watched and read the how to's offered with no success on resolution.

Yes, it took 3 calls to support and a ticket to get resolved.  The issue was in the Docusign app that Intuit support had to get changed. Thank you for your suggestion and follow up.
