eSignature not eligible, huh?

trying to request from a client eSignature and get error message saying specifically,

"None of the return(s) for the selected client are eligible for eSignature."

Why not? I did pre-purchase 50 signatures for the upcoming season.

      I had the same error. It was because there were returns with the same SSN in the e-file center. Once I unmarked the one I didn't want to use, it worked fine.
