Esignature failure

I’ve noticed the esignature process through Proseries is failing more clients each year. It asks questions that never relate to them and they can’t complete the process. I would say at least 10% of my clients have this issue. It wastes time to have to correct and send manually. Has anyone figured out why this is happening or is another program more reliable?
