errors on 4 of my returns i did for others but i feel its the program

I wanted to see if I could redo them and if it was my fault i wanted to pay the clients fees for the Irs AND az, STATE  ITS NOT THIER FAULT

    Could it be operator error, maybe data entry or if I may suggest, typos?  What are you trying to 'redo'?
