Error: The scanned document feature is not supported by the current Homebase view

I'm first-time purchaser and user of Pro series, trying to import PDF 2023 return of my client into Pro series. I'm getting this error message: The scanned document feature is not supported by the current Homebase view (I used TaxAct for many years) don't really want to type info for all of my clients. Does anyone know how to solve this? or what does it mean?

Jim's right, you cant import a PDF of a return.
