Error: Routing Number equals TPG's Rounting Information

Just entered my clients Routing Number for electronic withdrawal and am getting an error message I've never seen before:

Routing number equals TPG's routing information. Please enter the tax filer's routing information or remove the Bank Products Information Worksheet from the return.

Does this mean my client uses the same bank as Intuit uses to process the tax payments and that's not allowed?

weird, what bank does the client use?  are they taking the routing number off the bottom of a check?

They said it is Green Dot Bank. I guess I'm going to have to call them to see if they have a different bank they can use.

Per AI: "Intuit is a technology company, and banking services are provided by its partner, Green Dot Bank."
