error message states firm administrator needs to grant you access

can open Proseries on the admin PC but get the following error message on the workstations:

FIRM ADMINISTRATOR NEEDS TO GRANT YOU ACCESS.

A few people here have reported that problem.. I had it also.. All I did was totally shut down ProSeries and open it back up and it worked that time.  If that does not work, try a right click on the program icon and Run as Administrator.  If that does not work,try updating the program.. if that does not work, try and repair updates.. if that does not work, try and restart your system.. if that does not work.... well hopefully one of those worked but if not, may have to call support unless anyone else here has a suggestion.
