error message states firm administrator needs to grant you access

trying to open Proseries 2022 and get the following message : YOUR FIRM ADMINISTRATOR NEEDS TO GRANT YOU ACCESS.

I think others have mentioned something similar to this in the past. Do a search of this forum and you should find it.

    i had this happen.. i shut down proseries.. opened it back up and the error message went away.

       can also try, right click on program, and click "run as administrator"
