Error message: paid preparer code does not have a valid 5 digit ero pin (only on business returns) why

Why this error message only on business returns, not 1040's.  How do I correct?  ERO pin is entered correctly.

    Delete the PIN and re-enter it.

    1. I am having a similar issue. I’m using Basic Pro Series for all my returns except for a few business returns which I have the Professional ProSeries doing PPR.  No issues on the Basic but I’m getting that same error on the Professional software.
