Error Code 25625 making me unable to log-in to Proseries,

I have called in twice today to Proseries and visited with Annette and Steven who were very polite and helpful.  In summary, I have been unable to get into my Proseries account all day with 4 days left in tax season.  Has anyone else had similar issues today?
