Error cant transmit

I have a newly married couple filing joint for 2024

He lives & maintains an apartment in NYC she still lives with her parents out of the city for now

I have also checked the NYS Info sheet that she is not a resident of NYC

The federal return is error free but NYS gives me one error and will not explain what the error is for

I tried transmitting with the error on the "convert & transmit" however it will not efile.

Please help

You ran through the REVIEW button on the toolbar?

you cannot efile NY with one spouse a city resident and the other a city  non resident - you must mail that return- you can only efile the federal
