Error 4-0 when trying to print a form from 2025

Pro Series Basic will not print a 2025 tax form.  Shows an error message of 4-0.  I did buy a new computer since 2025 tax season was complete.

    Thanks for your advice.  It ended up I had to reinstall my programs, and now I can print the 2025 forms.
