Erroneously chosen form 568 CA LLC

While working on my client's file instead of choosing CA individual forms, I erroneously selected CA single member LLC, and just closed it. I e- filed Federal and CA individual forms and both are accepted. While printing the forms and letter, I noticed that the letter is referring to LLC that does not exist. 

How can I get rid of the Forms (568 and all LLC pertaining)?

Open the client file, top menu bar  File> Remove City/State and choose the CALLC.
