Where do I report the Sec 1244 stock loss so it is reported as ordinary loss?

When you are in the 1099B worksheet, double click in any field, and another worksheet will popup. The box to check for 1244 ordinary loss is near the bottom of worksheet

    The 1244 loss limitation of $50,000/$100,000 is not applied to the loss.  Should only see $50,000 amd the rest as capital loss.  How to override.
