Entering ROTH rollovers in Pro Series

How do I enter a roll-over from Traditional IRA to ROTH IRA? I don't have the forms so I'm trying to do it pro forma. Thanks in advance for any assistance!

    Without forms (1099-R, 5498) how do you know it even happened at all?

      Create a 1099-R worksheet showing the Traditional IRA distribution.

      Then scroll down about 2/3 of the way and look at/fill-in the section about rollovers and Roth conversions.

        where is the 1099-r for the distribution - you should have that at least 

         

        bottom of 1099-r worksheet are boxes and you can check off Roth rollover
