Energy credits

My clients had a furnace installed in 2024.  I did the energy credit at that time.  In 2025 they put in a split system (which to my understanding is for cooling and heating).  I know the AC would qualify in 2025 but would the heating part also qualify as a furnace again in 2025?  They were told to get this system because of helping with energy due to zoning.  Thank you.

Is this a "heat pump" (both heats and cools)?  Or an AC?  Both can be "split systems".

If it is a "heat pump", enter it as a Heat Pump and not as a furnace or AC (unless it is a second furnace, such as gas, with the heat pump).
