someone mentioned its not accepting the number like it should, they get an error no matter what they input since a recent update, it seemed to have been working prior.

I am getting an error when I enter the correct number, but I tried 1A2B, and got no error. My correct number is O5Y7

Is anyone having issues with Form 5695 not calculating? I input the cost and the 4 digit QMID code but the figures are not calculating on Form 5695 and not flowing through to tax return.

I am having trouble with it and am about to call tech support. Specifically, heat pump hot water heaters and biomass stoves and boilers. It carries the cost to line 29g. Line 29h is supposed to be 30% of 29g, but it will not make the multiplication for those two products. It will calculate if I put an amount on 29a, electric or natural gas heat pumps, but that is not the product the client has. I have tried updating and refreshing updates and reading the form and my inputs several times over and still have the same problem.

do they have a tax liability to offset with the credit?

nevermind, I just tested it on one with plenty of liability, it still doesnt compute

doors and windows compute fine, but that heatpump section, nothing is working for me.
