EIC and Part- Resident on Information form
I have a client that qualifies for EIC but it showing that she does not qualify due to not being a full time resident on the information return. She has always lived in Florida and I am not sure what is trigging this.
"Your main home is in the US less than 1/2 the year" is on the EIC Worksheet. Please advise on what needs to be changed on the information return. The client has lived in Florida her entire life.
