I tried e-filing a bunch of individual returns today but keep getting EFIN error. I went into Preparer Info and the firm info and the preparer code was gone. I have re-entered all of the details but I am still getting the same error. Anyone else?
If TOOLS >License Product doesn't help, you'll have to call support Monday morning. When's the last time you uploaded your EFIN Summary Application to Intuit? You might want to grab a copy of that, in case they want you to upload it to reactivate the EFIN associated with your license.
