Efiled return

Efiled return with State of Connecticut.  Have acceptance ref# and acceptance date but contact state and they have no record of the return.  Client wants their refund.  Call state and left on hold for hours.  Not sure what else to try

Try calling Intuit to see if they can provide some guidance.

    By "contacting the state" you spoke with someone and gave them the confirmation info and they didnt tell you how to proceed? 

    Or youre just looking at their refund website?
