Efiled 1040 five days ago but no updates

I filed this simple 1040 five days ago.  The status still says "Received By Intuit".  In the meantime, I've efiled many returns that have been accepted within 24 hours

Any advice since clearly I cannot re-file it.

Thanks

By chance, are energy credits involved?  There were some posts yesterday about delays with those.

The other thing to try is log into your ProSeries account.  One of the options is "e-file status".  Click that on and see what information that gives you.

If you don't have energy credits and the e-file status in your ProSeries account shows the same status, your next step is to give support a call.

Highlight the file in the EFCenter then instead of Receive Acks, choose Update Acks of Selected Returns, see if that pulls it in.

Go to efile center on top menu look at efile status for your client. Next column is Next (should say up date status) click on it

Ah ha!  That's it.  They do have energy credits on the return.  At least now I know and can explain to the client.  Thanks everyone for helping me out!!!
