EF Status not updating

Submitted returns 1/27 - showed success. EF Status still showing as "Ready to Transmit" as of 1/30. If try to transmit again, says its already been converted and transmitted. Is there an issue with the status updating? Need to know files were sent successfully.

May be stuck, try this: Efile Center > Highlight return > Efile > Elecontric Filing > Update Ackknowledgement Status of Selected Returns/Payments

    Hi @Jim-from-Ohio, Thanks. I did try that and a few other refresh, update installed program, restart, etc. options and they are still showing as Ready to Transmit, but it also won't let me transmit again saying that I did that already.

    Try selecting the convert and transmitt option under the efile tab, you may have selected convert only.
