EF Center HomeBase View "Refund or Tax Due" Column Amounts are Wrong
The "Refund or Tax Due" column amount is wrong on the EF Center HomeBase for the Federal is showing the extension payment amount, not the actual amount.
Support had me uncheck the Part VII E-File the Federal Extension box, but this creates a different issue if you do this. The Form 9325 Line 6 will be blank.
I like to give a client a copy of the 9325 with lines 1, 2 & 6 completed. So after it is e-filed I have to go back in and recheck the Part VII E-File the Federal Extension box.
Is anyone else having this issue?
