I'm catching up clients (MFJ) who did not file taxes since 2017. They did not receive the $3600 in 2020. Will I be able to subtract this amount from their taxes owed?

If they meet the requirements you just put the amount they received if any, and the amount they are entitled to will come off their total tax due
