E-signature in person

It would be nice to be able to e-sign on a signature pad in person. Other software companies have had this ability forever. We do most of our returns in person and have to print out the 8879 to sign. Pro Series says there is not capability at the moment to have them sign on a signature pad instead. I have to email them to be able to e-sign while they are sitting in front of me ready to sign. How ridiculous is that.

ProSeries does support the use of some signature pads. See Using a signature pad with ProSeries for more information.
