E-Signature
I am trying to request an e-signature for a tax return preparation engagement agreement from a client. I get a message saying the "none of these tax returns are eligible for e-signature." After I transfer the state data, I can then request an e-signature. For my FL client though, I still get the same message. I tried printing the return and during that process the return is authorized, but I still can't request an e-signiture. Is there another step I can try to make the return eligible for e-signature?
