Question

E-Filing a rejected return every time I try to file the rejected return it gives me a rejection saying I need to choose the rejected file! DuH?

I'm choosing the rejected file, but it keeps saying that I am not choosing the rejected file to resubmit.

once you make the correction on a rejected return and save it, the red rejected message in that column should disappear and it should look like any other file in the Pending Tab of the EFCenter.

Or is this an amended return that youre attempting to EF?   For some weird reason once an amended return is rejected, you wont be able to make the system EF it again.....Ive wasted way too many hours trying to get a once rejected 1040X to get resubmitted electronically.
