Question

E-File Client List

My client’s name does not appear in the E-File Client List.  It is blank.  It only happened for this one client. My other clients are listed.  This is in Pro Series Basic.

    not sure about basic but on the client info screen do you have the e-file boxes checked off?

    Yes.  The rest of the info is listed across the board except his name.  But thank you.

    just the name is missing, but the client file is still showing on the line?  Im in Professional so my screen is a little different.  Make sure you didnt accidently delete the name as you were exiting the file.

    If you open the file and use Save As and give it a new name, does that file show up correctly?
