E-file Amended IA 1120-S?
Certain state agencies require business returns to be filed electronically (including amendments), however Proseries has a gap in available amended business returns for efiling. In my case, the Iowa Department of Revenue does not consider this gap relevant for making an exception in these cases. What are tax preparers doing in these cases? Is Proseries going to make it possible to e-file amended IA business returns this upcoming tax season? I can see many Iowa-based tax preparers changing software if this is not fixed.
