Received a rejection of "Duplicate Submission of Taxpayers primary social security number" code

IND-452 - After my double checking, what I submitted is correct. Looks like someone is using the same Social Security number. What steps should I be taking, and also what does taxpayer need to do. I do not want to forget the obvious. THANKS !

If you suspect someone is frauduently utilizing the social security number, you can attach Form 14039 to your paper filing. This will help get the ball rolling with the IRS to get the issue resolved.
