DROP DOWN MENU WITH LIST OF STATES WON'T ALLOW YOU TO SCROLL THROUGH
Trying to enter information in a foreign tax credit screen. The drop down menu where you're supposed to choose a foreign country disappears before you can choose one for he list. If you attempt to type in the code, the first one alphabetically that begins with the letter of the one you want to choose prepopulates. Then the list is gone again. How can you choose the state?
