Download issues

Having trouble downloading 2024. I get a message that I must close Quickbooks first. Quickbooks is NOT open but I can't get any further. I even shut off my computer & restarted but still get the same message.

Hit the ctrl alt delete buttons on your computer to bring up task manager.  Click on your task manager and close any programs that look like a Quickbooks or Intuit program.  Then try your download again.
