But seriously, why do you need a template from someone? All you have to do is write up something as simple as - The deadline cometh. You need to have your information to me by (select a date of your choice) in order for it to be completed timely.

Just type up a general letter for one client. Save that letter. Then for each additional client just open up that letter and change the name. Should be no problem. You don't have to say too much in the letter, just get to the point. Many of them are going to ignore it anyways. That's what clowns do.
