Do you know how to find LINK response if not showing on Dashboard?

I sent the invite and the client sent text message that she completed but I do not even see where she accepted the invite or responded.

in link, type in the clients name or email address in the "filter clients by name or email" box.  The clients name will get displayed and you will have visibility to client progress.  In your case it should read invite accepted or invite sent.
