Question

Depreciation is not printing on 2025 form 1120 even though it is checked Yes to print

I'm assuming this is an update issue.  I am working on fiscal year end form 1120.  The last 3 returns I have printed are not print depreciation for the current year or the projected next year. It is marked as "Yes" to be printed on both. Is this a glitch with a recent update?

I did see another complaint about this over in the PS Facebook group unless that was you too!    If more than one person is seeing it, it must be an update glitch.

Hi @Just-Lisa-Now- thanks for the tag.

We did check on this @jkfmsi and it is including it.

This was tested:

1120 return with depreciation

  • Print options set to either if any data or if used for depreciation reports.
  • Print options Government forms for the 4562 set to either if any data or if used

The ProSeries filing copy printed, and the reports/forms were there.

Here are some support articles that might help with this:

Form 4562 does not print with the return in ProSeries

Hi @jkfmsi  Thank you for letting us know about this. We'd recommend contacting ProSeries Support, as they can remote in and take a closer look. It helps us to see more closely what's going on.

Thank you @Just-Lisa-Now- for letting us know about it. I will check in with Kathi about this as well.
