The # in the [ ] is the "2nd dependent from the top"
So, where in the wide wide world of sports is the 'top'.
Is Taxpayer the 'top' and spouse is [2]?
or, is Taxpayer the top and first child listed the children section # [2] ,
or, is that the 2nd child listed in the list of the three children #[2]?
