delete prior year unused W-2s

I’ve found a way to mass email my clients the checklist.   Ive been lazy and never deleted ‘old” W-2s (those that may have been used 2 or more years ago but not last year).

 

Is there a way to mass delete these “old W-2s”?

    not that Im aware of, I always delete them on the fly each year when they no longer work there anymore.

    not that I know of. I try to clean up and delete when I’m working in the file. And if I know that the w-2 isn’t coming back the following year I check off the box that says do not transfer to next year, so the checklist is correct.
