Deceased taxpayer and Docusign

All - 

Taxpayer died mid last year, survived by spouse. DocuSign is requesting both sign the 8879 even though I have identified the taxpayer as deceased. And entered the date of death on the Info Worksheet.

Is there a workaround or something I'm missing?
