Anyone knows why partnership tax information does not flow from federal tax form 1065 to CT partnership tax form CT-1065.

I called CT Department of Revenues and they said e-file was ready at the end of January. So why are numbers from federal 1065 not carried over to CT-1065 ? So definitely it's a  ProSeries system problem.

Please help.
