Confirmation Comptroller Accepts New MD K-1 Worksheet
ProSeries issued a new Maryland worksheet for K-1's, "they say" gets you out of attaching the K-1 copies to the return for those claiming the PTE credit and addition. Does anyone know that the Comptroller's office says this is sufficient, or that we still need to attach the state K-1's to the return. Don't want to rely on ProSeries and then every client gets a notice with the PTE credit denied.
