Computer Closed down when try to efile a return

When I am trying to efile a return or transfer a file from 22 to 2023 on proseries basics the program closed down with out any error message. Anyone has idea how to fix it?

first thing i would try is is to close and re-open program.. second step if that does not fix it is to restart computer

If a computer reboot doesnt change anything, my next step would be to use REPAIR UPDATES from the Windows Start Menu.

Close Proseries > Windows Start button > Programs/Apps > Proseries23 > Tools - Repair Updates
