Codebase Error -935 Error 92401 entering new W2 data in 2019 Individual Income Tax

When trying to do an individual tax return now for/in 2019 initially got error after entering the EIN on a W2.

Got same error when tried to enter 1099 R's EIN so probably same issue on other forms etc.

Message is "Codebase Error: Error# -935 Error# 92401 Null input parameter unexpected".

Then kicks me out of Pro Series software. Uninstalled on work station and reinstalled but same issue.

Maybe need to uninstall on server? Or any other fixes or work arounds? Thanks

This error comes up if the employer/payer database has become damaged. To replace those files:

Close ProSeries
Open the Windows File Explorer and navigate to X:\ProSeries\ProNet19\Common
Rename the files eindb.cdx, eindb.dbf, eindb.ini, and ein.dat to eindbOLD.cdx, eindbOLD.dbf, eindbOLD.ini, and einOLD.dat
Open ProSeries and attempt to enter an EIN on the W-2 Workstation.

This error comes up if the employer/payer database has become damaged. To replace those files:
