CO efile attachments aren't recognized by efile

i've attached 2 other state returns to the CO return to support the 104CR forms in the return. Proseries does not recognize the attachments and won't let me complete the efile process.

Have you tried to create a new pdf of each state, un-attach the current pdfs, and then tried to attach the new pdfs?

    this worked.

    not sure the original problem wasn't the program defaulted to "other" rather than "other state tax return". anyway, it's done. thanks.

      The problem was not having "other state return" selected, but I'm glad you got it to work.
