What do I need to do to get the client's standard letter printed?

    There's a couple places to mark choices for Letters in the Print Options windows

      Lisa...I'm having trouble finding how to include the client letter with the filing copy (or any copy, for that matter).  I'm in the Customize Print Settings Per Copy screen and I do not see Client Letter listed.  Any thoughts?
