Client Letter and Invoice

Neither my standard client letter nor invoice are showing all of my firm information, even though everything is included in the templates for each.  Only the lines for firm phone number and email are showing up.  Any thoughts on what might be causing this?  Perhaps this is a system issue that will be addressed in an upcoming update?

I do the same, standard letter with a few little changes.

So when I do a search for this, I get this info, I couldnt screen shot the entire thing and I cant really grab a link, but you should be able to see the entire thing if you use the same search keywords as I did

Mine seem fine.  Are you using the Standard or a Custom version of each?

Print Preview is blank as well or just once it prints?

I edited the standard version of each, but only to change some minor items in the body of the documents.  I have made the same changes in prior years without any issues. Nothing I edited impacted the firm information on the document headers.

Having this same issue and tried everything in this post and nothing has worked??

When I did the search on Google that was suggested by Lisa, I was able to follow the instructions and it solved the problem I was having.  I had to go into the program file to rename a file.  If the step-by-step available from searching Google or Intuit isn't working for you, then you might need to reach out to Intuit for assistance.  Good luck!
