A TAXPAYER FILES A 1040NR AND AN NY IT-201 - ALL SYSTEM SET UP AS ELECTRONICALLY 

FILLING AND AUTOMATIC WDRAWAL FROM BANK ACCOUNT.

UPON VIEW OF CLIENT LETTER - THE FEDERAL PORTION IS OKEY BUT

FOR THE NEW YORK LETTER - IT DOES NOT SHOW THE FOLLOWING:

- THAT THE RETURN WILL BE ELECTRONICALLY FILED

- THAT THE AMOUNT OF TAX DUE BE WITHDRAWN FROM THE BANK ACCOUNT.

I HAVE CALLED PRO SERIES EXPERT ABOUT THIS LAST APRIL 19, 2023 AND IT WAS NOT

RESOLVED SINCE I UNDERSTAND THIS HAS TO BE ELEVATED TO HIGHER LEVEL.

On the Fed info worksheet make sure NY is selected under file states electronically. The follow the errors in the IT201

If at first you don’t succeed…..find a workaround

Thanks Champ.  

All system for efiling has been check. I did share smartlook screen with the intuit specialist but

could not figure the error.  that's when i requested her to upgrade this error level to higher

authority.  To me it seems to **bleep** - hope not...

Still no fix to this. Shows the pure incompetence of Intuit and all of their useless overseas support staff.
