Clearing Error Message RE: Attaching pdf of other state return

I have two SC returns that required the NC return be attached as a pdf to claim the out of state wage adjustment. I have followed the instructions and attached the pdf, but the error message will not clear so that I can file the SC returns. Is anyone else having a similar issue? I'm wondering if it is a software issue or if I am missing something. Thanks for any input.

When you attached the pdf, did it have OS Tax Return in the list for TYPE of attachment? 

Make sure you've got the state return open on the screen (or highlighted in he EFCenter) when you choose to make the attachment.

    Thank you, that was the step I missed. I made that change and both returns were processed right away.
